Condition Summary: (Very Good/Good) A tidy copy, in a reasonably presentable dust jacket. All notable faults: Book has light lean of the spine, light browning on the endpapers, a few minor finger marks and bookseller's ticket on the front endpaper. Dust jacket has chipping, approximately 10 mm (3/8 of an inch) deep at the head and foot of the spine, one tear at the foot of the upper panel, a few very short closed tears and moderate surface dirt, heaviest on the spine. Dust jacket conservation: Tears and chips have been stabilised with Japanese paper, using Methyl Cellulose conservation adhesive [fully reversible]
