Condition Summary: (Very Good/Good) A reasonably sound copy, in a reasonably presentable dust jacket. All notable faults: Book has heavy foxing on the endpapers and half title page and light foxing on the page ends and some pages. Dust jacket has heavy chipping at the head and foot of the spine, moderate sunning on the spine, moderate surface dirt, three tears, approximately 40 mm (1 5/8 inches) long, four tears, approximately 15 mm (5/8 of an inch) long and 2mm deep loss to the head of the spine. Dust jacket conservation: Chips tears have been stabilised with Archibond 9gsm Archival Tissue and [fully reversible] and chips and tears have been stabilised with Archibond 9gsm Archival Tissue and Japanese paper [fully reversible]
