What are Reward Points?
- Reward points are a way of you earning credit that can be used to give you money off future purchases.
What are they worth?
- 10 Reward Points are worth £1.
How do I earn Reward Points?
- You earn 10 Reward Points for registering on our website and a further 1 point for each £1 you spend.
- You can also earn points by referring other people to our website. You can earn 20 reward points when a friend you refer places an order on our website and your referred friend will also receive 20 reward points. Go to The Referred Friends section of you account to invite people directly, or place your unique URL provided on that page on any web-page or in emails. There is currently no limit to the number of reward points you can earn.
How do I spend Reward Points?
- The Reward Points you have earned will be shown in your shopping basket when you are logged into your account and have an item in it. You can chose how many you want to use and the equivalent amount is shown as a discount. You can use Reward Points even if you are also using another coupon.
How long to they last?
- Reward Points must be used within one year. You should receive an email warning you if any reward points are due to expire.
Can I exchange Reward Points for cash or another form of credit?
- No.
Can I earn or spend Reward Points in your bricks and mortar shop as well?
- Yes. Please let us known when you buy something and we can add the relevant Reward Points to your account.
How can I check how many reward points I have?
- To view your Reward Points go to the Reward Points section of your account.
